Function:Imparts fine and stable water dispersion.

Dosage:1% of oils and fats

2. Shortening

Function:Adjust oil crystal.

Dosage:1% of oils and fats

Function:Improve stabilization of protein, oils and fats. Prevent delamination and sedimentation. Provide smooth mouth feel.
